IMPORTANT: These terms and conditions constitute your agreement with TDL Repair. By agreeing to our dent and paint repair service, you are entering a written agreement with the company.

  1. Postpone or Reschedule: If there’s a need to postpone or reschedule a repair or paint job service, clients need to provide at least three days or earlier notice to cancel the initial scheduled visit. The company has the right to charge a missed appointment fee if the client decides to cancel on the day of booked repair date.
  2. Quotation: The repair quotation provided to clients is calculated based on the best estimated repair cost for the service and materials involved. TDL Repair will still honour the repair quote within reason on the occasion that the service is completed ahead of time than estimated or may require more work than originally planned. In the event that the damage is worse than originally estimated upon checking by the technician, then clients will be advised before starting any repair work. There will be no cost or call out fee charged.
  3. Weather: Although we provide service to clients even when it’s raining, TDL Repair has the right to reschedule any repairs to the most convenient date for the client when there are high winds, storms, or heavy rainfall. As a mobile repair company, we aim to make sure our technician and quality of service are not jeopardized due to extreme weather conditions. However, we are not held accountable for loss of time or earnings if a repair needs to be postponed due to weather. Since weather forecasts are available ahead of time (1-2 days before), we will usually be able to provide clients with a 24-hour notice for any rescheduled service. However, this occasion is extremely rare.
